Champagne Marguet 第五代莊主Benoît Marguet一直是香檳區最耀眼的革新者之一，這個年輕的禪者在酒窖中是地球生物學的追隨者，而在葡萄園則遵循著生物動力法，並獲得認證。酒莊葡萄園完全位於Ambonnay及Bouzy特級村，前者占地約7.3公頃，後者占地約0.7公頃，整體而言，48%種植Pinot Noir，其他地塊則種植Chardonnay，平均藤齡達42年。Benoît Marguet也會購買小部分的有機葡萄，主要來自於Côte des Blancs產區內的Cramant、Avize和Chouilly等地。

        從2010年開始，酒莊就開始使用馬匹犁田，Benoît Marguet認為馬可以將構成風土的礦物、植物、動物與人等要素聯繫起來，是賦予葡萄園更多活力的重要關鍵。

        Marguet香檳使用天然酵母並在單獨的橡木桶中發酵，盡可能減低二氧化硫的使用量，並且不額外添糖。由於葡萄的完美成熟度，使得釀造出的香檳展現出令人難以置信的柔軟性與細緻的平衡感，而且活力充沛，入口後留下介於活力與平靜之間的奇妙感受，絕對不會令人感到乏味。

Benoît Marguet非常重視風土，如同布根地的酒莊，他將位於Ambonnay村中的Les Crayères、Les Saints Remys、Les Beurys等地塊分開釀造並單獨裝瓶，從2008年開始，已經陸續推出了許多年份與單一葡萄園酒款，這一系列的酒款產量並不高，約在1,500至2,000瓶之間；近年也推出單一葡萄園的系列套酒，讓酒迷可以一次飽覽各種不同的獨特風土滋味。

​        信仰佛學的他深信佛陀Budda、風水Fengshui、智慧Sapience、能量Energy這四種元素可以讓酒莊的香檳更具有靈魂與生命力，而他釀造的香檳也確實回應了他傾注自然之力的釀酒哲學，綻放出充滿生命熱情的迷人風采。
